Part time team administrator

We are currently supporting an excellent organisation in the heart of Cheltenham in their search for a friendly, down to earth and flexible individual to join their team on a permanent basis.This is a great opportunity to join a company that truly values its people and friendly team environment, where your wellbeing, growth, and work-life balance is important.

This role will be a blend of general office administration and finance support- and whilst some familiarly around the listed finance duties can be beneficial, you do not need a strong finance background/qualifications, as this will be in an administrative supporting capacity.

Duties

- All round administration to ensure the smooth running of the office.

- Handle emails and telephone correspondence, answering relevant enquiries when necessary.

- Support company handbooks, updating when necessary.
