Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Care Manager & Coordinators to ensure smooth care operations. Conduct Individual Needs Assessments & risk assessments for new and existing clients. Carry out introductory visits when a Care Assistant meets a client for the first time. Supervise and mentor Care Assistants, providing field-based support & training. ️ Ensure all client visits are covered and coordinate alternative carers when needed. Conduct client reviews and respond to feedback. Monitor service quality & ensure compliance with company standards. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in the care sector ( supervisory experience preferred ). A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. ️ Strong communication & leadership skills.
