Hays are working with a well established To support the international sales function by delivering exceptional customer service, managing order processes, and contributing to sales growth through proactivemunication and administrative support. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring operational efficiency across international markets.
Your new role
As a Sales Coordinator your role involve:
1. Process and acknowledge customer orders received via email and EDI, ensuring accuracy in pricing, part numbers, and delivery timelines.
2. Conduct telesales calls to existing and prospective customers to generate leads, introduce new products, and support the external sales team.
3. Provide administrative support to the international sales team, including reporting, customer offer management, and new account setup.
4. Maintain and update customer records, profiles, and feedback logs to support service improvement and market insight.
5. Represent thepany at international exhibitions and internal sales meetings when required.
6. Handle customer enquiries andplaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
7. Support UK team functions including Eshop, telesales, and order input as needed.
8. Ensurepliance with internal systems and procedures to enhance customer service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French and/or German is desirable.
10. Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
11. Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Navision is advantageous.
12. Strong telephone andmunication skills with a customer-first mindset.
13. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and use initiative.
14. Experience in telesales and knowledge of export documentation and procedures is desirable.
