Part-time Weekend Sales Team Leader - Based Manchester
Working 3 days per week in the office which will in include every Saturday and Sunday, 3rd day flexible
Hours of work 9am to 5pm - Basic salary part-time salary £22,800 OTE £30,000

As a Part-time Weekend Sales Team Leader, you will have a background in working in a B2C contact centre and able to demonstrate your leadership skills.
You will responsible the overall performance of team, whilst also motivating, coaching, and developing the team achieve and exceed their KPIs. whilst collaborating with other Team Leaders to help achieve broader sales objectives.

Duties
* You will lead and oversee the weekend sales team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
* Monitor your teams performance, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted plans to improve outcomes.
* Review your teams personal development and training initiatives.
* Use creative leadership strategies to inspire and drive team success.
* Identify and address obstacles that may impact team performance.
* Analyse sales data and customer interactions to enhance overall effectiveness and inform strategic initiatives.
* Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote the companys services.
* Build rapport with prospective customers to enhance the customer experience and increase conversion rates.
* Provide continuous support to team members, ensuring consistency in sales performance
