Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. Duties
* Conduct thorough inspections of outgoing materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
* Utilise precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements.
* Analyze data collected from inspections and tests to identify trends, defects, or areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
* Participate in the development and improvement of quality assurance processes and systems.
Requirements
* Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing setting.

* Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including vision inspection systems.
