The Role
Installation, servicing and maintenance of automated systems at retail sites
Diagnosing electrical, mechanical and software faults
Delivering excellent customer service to retail managers and store teams
Planned maintenance and reactive breakdown support
Ideal Experience
Vending machines, coffee machines or automated equipment
EPOS, retail tech or IT hardware
Electromechanical field service roles
What We're Looking For
Field Service / Service Engineer background
Strong fault finding skills
Customer-facing experience
Full UK driving licence
