Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities based on our team meetings. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales, utilising telemarketing techniques and CRM software to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
* Utilise CRM software to track interactions and manage lead information effectively.
* Develop and maintain an understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred.
* Experience in CRM software an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
