Your Team
Roles are available in this location across several teams, including:
* TV Social Campaigns: Responsible for the creative, campaign and stakeholder management aspects of social output. They plan organic social activity for titles, create social assets and write copy, brief assets to Originals and Edit Hub teams, and collaborate with Publishing and the wider Marketing team.
* TV Social Planning: Sets overall team strategy, provides market insight, conducts performance analysis, and manages projects including training and ways-of-working. Oversees social media output for the Content division and major BBC accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities and Impact
As a Multi-Channel Marketer apprentice, you will:
* Work with a BBC team to develop and deliver campaigns relevant to that team
* Contribute to creating brilliant content to engage audiences with the BBC
* Analyze performance data to identify what works and help improve future campaigns
* Support scheduling and delivery of campaigns to keep them on track
* Learn tools, techniques and strategies that contribute to world-class marketing
You’ll study for an industry-recognised apprenticeship qualification, learning both on and off the job. You’ll spend at least one day a week studying for a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship with our learning provider, using its virtual delivery platform.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an apprenticeship at the BBC, you must:
* Be 18 years old or over by the apprenticeship start in September 2026
* Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years prior to start
* Be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the duration
* Not currently be enrolled in another apprenticeship program

* Not already hold a qualification in the same subject area (Marketing) at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship
* For candidates under 19 at the start: achieve maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C or equivalent or achieve Functional Skills Level 2 before end of apprenticeship if not already achieved
