In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Payroll Manager and Senior Payroll Coordinator to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the entire college group. You’ll be the first point of contact for all payroll‑related queries, delivering a professional, customer‑focused service while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy. You should have previous experience in payroll administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and college policies.
* Assist with internal and external audits when required.
* Work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
* Prepare clear and insightful payroll reports for management.
* Support system updates and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
* Apply strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach to deliver excellent service to all members of the college community.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive data with complete confidentiality. You’ll have proven experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and you’ll be confident prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
