Residential Property Lawyer 3+, West Midlands, c£45,000 to £65,000 (DOE). Leading regional firm are seeking a skilled and ambitious Property Lawyer to join this dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on the department. You will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Experienced Conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience working in a busy residential conveyancing department.

Responsibilities
* You will be managing a full caseload of residential matters from start to completion.
* This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced conveyancer to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.
* Responsibilities will include managing a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases. Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
* Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
* Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
* Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
* You will be someone that can hit the ground running and manage a caseload, excellent IT knowledge and knowledge of Excel, SRA Standards & Regulations, Money Laundering Regulations.
