Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications, and upgrades all from this site. In your role, you will Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
Perform and document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
As our ideal candidate You have an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License: B2 and/or C.
You have up-to-date basic knowledge requirements of Appendix I to Part-66.
You have basic knowledge of Part-M, Part-145, and other relevant regulations.
You have been involved in at least 6 months of relevant aircraft or component maintenance experience within any consecutive 2-year period.
You have experience working with our aircraft, but we will consider other Business Aircraft makes as well.
You have knowledge of, and practice of, human factors, human performance, and limitations.
You have knowledge of EWIS and CDCCL when relevant.
You have experience working during the last two years on at least one aircraft type for each license (sub)category.
You are current on all training requirements (recurrent/continuation training).
You have the ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings.
You can effectively communicate in both written and verbal form regarding individual tasks and aircraft status.
You are skilled in using standard tools, special tools, and operating ground support equipment.
You can work in accordance with maintenance data and notify the responsible function of any defects or mistakes requiring rectification to maintain standards.
You are proficient in using information systems (computer skills).
Experience on business jet aircrafts is preferred.
