Job Description
We are developing the analytics at Turner & Townsend and require someone with strong HRIS administration experience to join our global HR team on a fixed‑term contract basis. The role involves interrogating, challenging, identifying trends and providing recommendations to improve how data is collected and reported.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and guidance for the HR information system, resolving issues with team colleagues, system suppliers, and internal IT support.
* Manage data integrity, security, and SOX compliance controls within HR systems.
* Produce and analyse management information for various global regions, identifying trends and providing recommendations.
* Develop user guidance and training materials for system operations.
* Oversee and improve data quality procedures, including software testing for new and upgraded functionality.
* Manage the iTrent FreshService mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
* Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
Qualifications
* Proficient HRIS system administration – iTrent (HRIS) is ideal but not essential.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop reports using standard tools and manipulate large datasets in Excel.
* Self‑management of workload and effective prioritisation.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Experience
* HRIS System Administration (essential).
* Microsoft Excel skills (essential).
* Mathematical and statistical background (preferable).
