Overview
Social Content Producer (4+ month contract) — On-site role in London, England reporting to the Creative Supervisor - EMEA. The onsite Video Production Team provides production and studio support including project coordination, studio setup, end-to-end production and social-first content creation from various internal stakeholders. Building trust with key partners and exploring extended work opportunities for the studio are important parts of the role.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with a wide range of talent such as content creators, influencers, celebrities, political figures, and C-level executives, with strong problem solving skills, hands-on production equipment experience, proven team and project management capabilities, and a successful track record of building a client portfolio with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead producer on all studio and remote productions including high-profile projects with content creators, executive team, VIPs and celebrities.
* Creative project manager: manage communications with third-party agencies, creators, and clients. Produce content with confidence, guiding others through the process.
* Optimize workflows for agility, customer experience, and creative delivery. Experience in content creation as described above.
* Lead advanced, complex projects end-to-end through to successful completion and delivery.
* Apply knowledge of social-first content, including strategy, execution and edit techniques that drive engagement.
* Identify what defines “good” work and present ideas and feedback to elevate work from good to excellent.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and implement new best practices and efficiency models.
* Seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen relationships, including creative production and client support in studio and set dressing.
* Contribute to conceptualization and rollout of new tooling and direction to maximize production.
* Maintain high-quality production standards; provide asset feedback to improve consistency and output.
* Coordinate with production assistants to ensure planning and technical needs are met before production starts.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams and creators for on-site and off-site activations, including training where needed.
* Translate client briefs and concepts into effective visual outputs.
* Provide input on creative consultations.
* Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders; develop studio planning and case studies; use data to report on ROI and work with sales to close the loop.
* Proactively generate creative ideas for new projects and identify opportunities to attract additional clients and expand scope.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong understanding of the production and post-production lifecycle across all video formats; proven experience in social/mobile content creation.
* Experience with AI-enhanced social content production.
* Well-developed local network of talent and resources.
* Portfolio of social-first creative content with thumb-stopping examples.
* Ability to manage stakeholders' creative expectations and deploy solutions for complex projects/messaging.
* Ability to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
* Self-starter with a growth mindset; adaptable to change and eager to learn.
* Capability to produce, capture and edit low-fi social content is a nice-to-have.
Education & Experience
* Minimum 5+ years of content creation and video production experience as a Producer or Line Producer.
