What You'll Do

Partner Ownership & Growth

* Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of named Premier reseller partners
* Drive year-over-year revenue growth through partner-led sales
* Build long-term, strategic relationships with partner leadership and sales teams
* Develop joint business plans aligned to partner goals and N-able initiatives

Partner Enablement & Development

* Partner with Recruitment CAMs to identify, onboard, and develop high-potential resellers
* Enable and coach reseller sales teams on positioning and value
* Motivate partner organizations to prioritize and represent N-able solutions
* Support partners through training, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and ongoing engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Act as the voice of the partner internally
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Sales Leadership
* Coach internal teams on channel account strategy and best practices

Operational Excellence

* Use Salesforce.com to manage partner activities and opportunities
* Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting
* Execute internal and external processes to support scalable growth

Market Presence

* Represent N-able at partner events, trainings, and industry trade shows


What You'll Bring

* Experience in a quota-carrying sales or channel role with demonstrated success
* Background in software channel sales and reseller account management
* Experience in SaaS, IT software, or security software
* Ability to train and influence reseller sales teams
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Willingness to travel as required
