Overview
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER | £16.17 per hour
Be part of Huck’s American Bar and Grill and other Center Parcs venues. The role includes coaching and guidance to the team, ensuring guest satisfaction and achievement of financial targets. You will support back-of-house operations and, as part of development, work in a number of units with varying service styles and volumes. Center Parcs provides a discretionary service charge to eligible colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Provide coaching and guidance to the team to ensure guest satisfaction and financial targets are met.
* Lead and manage a team in a busy, fast-paced environment with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Support back-of-house operations and work across multiple units with varying service styles and volumes.
* Proactively handle guest queries, both within your unit and around the village.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential requirements:
* Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
* A good level of computer literacy and analytical skills
* Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
* Excellent communicator
* Excellent organisational skills whilst working under pressure
Desirable requirements:
* Previous management experience in a large high-volume organisation or venue
* Knowledge of financial targets and controls
Working Hours
Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. Your days and hours may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours per period. The village is open 365 days per year, so hours will include public/bank holidays and Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
