You will:
* Set direction and pace for a small finance team—coach, upskill, and create momentum.
* Own the month/quarter/year‑end close and external reporting—deliver right‑first‑time outputs.
* Take responsibility for audit delivery—coordinate stakeholders and keep timelines tight.
* Safeguard balance sheet integrity—lead reconciliations and controls.
* Elevate management reporting—turn data into insight and action for senior leaders.
* Drive ad hoc and commercial analysis that informs decisions in a complex, changing environment.
What you bring:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; first movers from Practice with managerial experience welcomed.
* Proven technical depth in IFRS/financial reporting and control.
* Track record leading people—setting standards, delegating effectively, and coaching for results.
* Confident operator with senior stakeholders; calm, structured, and credible under pressure.
* Experience steering audit processes end‑to‑end.
