Role Overview

The successful candidate can expect to play a significant role in the team and develop their career.The team work in close partnership with both the client’s asset managers and our site teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the transition of new client/properties over to Savills property management and the setting up of new instructions and portfolios • Play a key role in developing talent within the team and pushing initiatives• Building strong working relationship with the existing clients• Support on pitches and new client mandates• Reviewing and implementing bespoke business/action plans for each asset• Ensuring the PM+ pillars are reflected in service delivery on site• Take a proactive approach in terms of asset management opportunities and the exploiting of potential initiatives with client• Dealing with the tenant and client queries in a timely and efficient manner • Review and approve draft service charge budgets • Review service charge cash flow and budget regularly• Approve service charge reconciliations • Liaise with the building managers and regional facilities managers to ensure that buildings are well maintained at all times• Acting as gatekeeper for wider Savills service lines and have a good working knowledge of ESG, Technology/Innovation to bring best practice to the relevan...
