Branch Supervisor – Enniskillen, Fermanagh – Bassetts

Responsibilities
* Assist the Branch Manager with the day‑to‑day running and operations within this small branch.
* Supervise and support branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
* Build rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales.
* Perform general warehouse duties including goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders.
* Act as key holder for the branch.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00.
Qualifications
* Previous industry or merchant experience is preferable.
* Prior experience in a face‑to‑face customer service/sales environment.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
* Some warehouse knowledge.
* Team player who is happy to take on a diverse role to ensure the branch runs smoothly.
* Willingness to step up to run the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.
* Keenness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Comfortable lifting heavy items.
