The Role As a Duty Manager, you will be the central point of contact for residents and guests, delivering a first-class service while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Club. This hybrid role combines: Fitness floor presence Front-of-house excellence Operational and safety oversight You'll support the Club & Spa Manager, lead by example, and help create a seamless 5★ experience.
