About the Role
GenAirate Technologies is looking for a hands-onAgentic AI Architect with full stack capabilitiesto help design and deliver agentic workflows that improve accuracy and performance in underwriting automation. This is a strategic hire, working closely with theProduct Manager and engineering teamto build AI- tools usingAWS,LLM orchestration frameworks, and theModel Context Protocol (MCP).
You’ll be drivingdocument extraction and structured data pipelinesusing multi-agent systems for property submissions — and shaping how we apply GenAI in complex, high-value business use cases.
What You’ll Do
* Design and implementagentic architecturefor SnapLine, our AI-powered underwriting assistant
* Build and orchestrate workflows using frameworks likeCrewAI,LangGraph, or similar
* LeverageMCPprinciples to manage agent collaboration, memory, and tool-use
* Integrate with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, etc.)
* Collaborate with full-stack engineers and SMEs to increasedocument processing accuracy
* Support performance tuning and continuous feedback loops to reduce hallucinations
* Participate in roadmap and feature planning with the product team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience withagentic AI, multi-agent frameworks, or LLM orchestration
* Full stack engineering skills (Python/Node.js ) with solid AWS experience
* Experience withdocument parsing, unstructured data ingestion, and vector search
* Understanding ofembedding models, RAG pipelines, and semantic search
* Knowledge ofCOPE, TIV, deductibles, risk scoring, or insurance use cases is a plus
* Comfortable working in a startup, delivering fast with autonomy
* Based in theUK or Europe, with excellent written and spoken English
