What you'll be doing
* Recruit, train, and retain volunteers for the centers
* Implement and monitor volunteer policies and procedures
* Develop and lead the volunteer leadership programmes
* Organise volunteer engagement, recognition, and outreach activities
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on volunteer and community initiatives
* Build partnerships with schools, corporates, and external organisations
* Support community engagement events, fundraising, and donor relations
* Maintain and update volunteer and stakeholder databases
* Monitor budgets and prepare reports for programmes and meetings
What we're looking for
* Certificate/ Nitec in Community & Social Services or relevant qualifications
* Similar working experience in community engagement or volunteer management is preferred
* Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office and basic data tracking
