We are looking for a suitably experienced and motivated person to join our Urgent Assessment Services based at Hartington Unit at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, providing general admin and reception support to both the Mental Health Liaison Team and Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team.
It is Trust policy that for posts that are for a time limited period, applicants who are currently employed by an NHS organisation will only be appointed on a secondment basis and should have approval from their line manager this is possible before applying. Applicants who are not employed by an NHS organisation, will receive a fixed term contract.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and flexible person to join our receptionist/admin support team.
Applicants will need the confidence and experience to be able to deliver a high-quality, front-of-house reception/admin support service, including the greeting of clients to our premises, signposting and directing and providing general admin support to both the Mental Health Liaison Team and Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team.
The role will require independent working with the ability to use own initiative. We are looking for a team player with a pleasant welcoming manner.
You will have good communication and organisational skills, together with IT skills (Word and Outlook essential), to be able to work with the general public both in person and on the telephone in an ever-changing environment.
