Detailed Responsibilities Boundary Setting: Clearly communicating school expectations to students and holding them accountable in a supportive, non-confrontational manner. Extracurricular Engagement: Leading lunchtime or after-school clubs (sports, music, or gardening) to build relationships in an informal setting. Family Support: Conducting home visits or phone calls to parents to discuss positive progress as well as behavioral concerns. Crisis Management: Being part of the "On-Call" team to respond to classroom disruptions and remove barriers to learning for the rest of the class.
