Description
* Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage cash flow, ensuring efficient financial planning and control.
* Oversee financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
* Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Monitor and analyse key financial performance indicators.
* Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
* Must be training towards or have an accounting qualification (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA)
* Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* The ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
