Have a look at the below!HSE Officer - What will you do:Provide advice and expertise on HSE to SLT and c-suite level across the business.Monitor and track legislative changes, conducting annual reviews of HSE policies and procedures.Develop the HSE culture across the business.Mentor employees in the business from a HSE perspective.Produce concise, accurate reports for incidents, carrying out accident and incident investigations when incidents arise.HSE Officer- What will you need:A technical and professional qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.Previous experience in a similar HSE role with board level responsibility.Excellent problem-solving skills.Experience leading incident investigations, determining root cause, and implementing and recommending preventative measures.Energy/Utilities experience would be desirable.
