The Ideal Senior Estimator Will Have
* Extensive experience estimating high‑end residential construction projects.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate an estimating team.
* Proven experience preparing detailed cost plans, tenders, and competitive bids.
* Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the bid process.
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and general estimating software.
* Ability to work methodically across multiple tenders while meeting deadlines.
* Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification (beneficial).
