Role Overview We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Senior Community Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care to service users in and around Swadlincote, while also supporting the wider community care team. This is a rewarding and varied role where you will not only deliver hands-on care but also help guide and support new members of staff, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care delivery in line with company policies and regulatory standards. This is a full-time position, and flexibility is essential. The successful candidate should be willing to pick up additional hours when required, support with on-call duties, and demonstrate a strong desire to progress within the company. Due to the nature of personal care and in line with genuine occupational requirements, this role is open to female applicants only.
