Shift Pattern
Rotating shifts:
* Mon-Fri: 07:30-16:30, 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00
* Sat: 08:30-14:00 (1 in 3 rotation)
Saturday weeks are adjusted to maintain 40 hours. Flexibility is essential.
Role Summary
Responsible for optimising daily schedules for a field engineer workforce to meet service levels and customer expectations. Acts as a key contact for engineers and team managers, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage same-day planning and job prioritisation
* Coordinate follow-up visits and parts ordering
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
* Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling issues
* Adapt to daily challenges and ensure resource efficiency
Candidate Requirements
* Experience with scheduling/planning systems
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
* Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and PC skills (Word, Excel)
* Focused on continuous improvement and team support
