Role overview
We are looking for a Content Manager to join the Cannes Lions Content Team with a dedicated focus on our new content initiatives and curated experiences outside of the Palais des Festivals.
These initiatives bring together highly senior audiences and specialist communities in more intimate, closed-door and high-impact environments. This role will be responsible for helping research, curate and deliver these programmes, working closely with internal stakeholders, partners and speakers to ensure they reflect the quality, ambition and editorial values of Cannes Lions.
Key responsibilities
* Work with the content team to develop compelling session ideas and agendas for these initiatives, based on audience needs and strategic priorities
* Support the pitching, outreach and confirmation of high-level speakers, moderators and contributors
* Shape content proposals and speaker ideas into strong, clear session formats that work for closed-door and senior-level audiences
* Produce briefing documents, run-of-show notes and speaker guidance to ensure sessions are delivered to a high standard
* Track timelines, confirmations and content milestones across multiple initiatives to ensure nothing slips
* Apply a strong editorial lens to ensure each programme delivers real insight, value and distinction
* Support on-site delivery at Cannes Lions, including speaker liaison, agenda flow and live problem-solving across off-Palais venues
* Champion diversity, representation and inclusion across all off-Palais programmes
