The ideal candidate will be sector agnostic and will already possess a solid foundation in financial modelling and investment banking skills, gained through M&A internships, corporate finance roles at one of the Big 4 firms, or as a junior in investment banking or corporate M&A.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of ongoing deals, including M&A transactions, financing, and capital markets
* Assist senior bankers in delivering strategic advice to clients, including:
o Developing strategic ideas
o Preparing pitch books and presentation materials
