Bench Hand Joiner | Wigston | Up to £17 per hour Overtime Company based in Wigston Salary up to £17 per hour Working on a day’s only shift pattern – Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM and a 2 PM finish on Friday This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise in joinery to produce bespoke wood products and components, such as doors, windows, retail displays, other custom wood fittings. You’ll work with a variety of material using both hand tools and machines when required. Key Responsibilities: Working with machinery such as spindle moulders, overhead routers, panel saws, dimensional saws, sanders and more. Experience in hand laminating and the ability to work on complex, manually built projects without machinery will be highly advantageous. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Having your own kit with an array of saws, chisels, planers would be highly advantageous.
