The role
Perfect Placement is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Main Dealer Group, for an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester in Liverpool.
Benefits for the Successful MOT Technician:
Basic salary depending on experience
OTE up to £45,000
Monday to Friday working with Saturdays on a rota
Additional uplift for MOT qualified technicians

Service and repair vehicles to a high standard
Carry out basic diagnostics and fault finding
Maintain accurate job progress and communicate updates to the supervisor
Ensure a safe working environment in line with dealership standards
Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining vehicle diagnoses and repair options, answering customer questions, and ensuring satisfactionRequirements as a MOT Technician:
Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester role
NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 (equivalent)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability
Solid knowledge of using diagnostic equipment and software
Full UK driving licence
Drive and ambition to develop as a technician
