Your new company An established global consumer health organisation is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to support its expanding regulatory function. The organisation operates across multiple product categories. This role sits within a collaborative Regulatory Affairs team based in Reading, close to the station and offering a modern and accessible workplace. They are looking for someone with cosmetics / oral care expertise. Your new role As the team's sole cosmetics specialist, you will play a pivotal and autonomous role in ensuring compliance across a range of cosmetic products. Your responsibilities will include: Leading artwork and claims assessments Ensuring products meet EU cosmetic regulatory requirements Providing specialist guidance to cross‑functional teams Supporting ongoing project work across cosmetics and potentially oral care Representing the cosmetics (oral care) function within a wider RA team covering OTC, medical devices, and medicines This is an initial 6‑month contract, with the possibility of being considered for a future permanent opportunity. The team typically works 2 days per week onsite, but there is flexibility and candidates who can attend once per week or require partial remote work will also be considered.
