Lead Engineer (Static Site)Location: OX11 Postcode AreaSalary: Up to £40,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Engineer to join a major Facilities Management company on a static commercial site in the OX11 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer looking to step into a leadership-focused role with responsibility for site performance, compliance, and team coordination within a professional commercial environment.
The Role
* Oversee day-to-day engineering operations on site
* Coordinate planned preventative and reactive maintenance
* Provide technical support and guidance to on-site engineers
* Ensure statutory compliance and H&S standards are met
* Act as key liaison between client, subcontractors, and management
* Manage documentation, reporting, and permit processes
* Participate in a call-out rota as required

About You
* Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services)
* Experience within commercial maintenance environments
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience desirable
* Strong technical fault-finding ability
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Health & safety awareness and compliance knowledge
* Full UK driving licence desirable
