Service Advisor
We have a vacancy for a full time Service Advisor at our Stamford Dealership.
The role and primarily day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling all customer requirements for service and repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
* Maximising service profitability and customer retention
* Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times to achieve Manufacturer and TCH standards
* Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration
* To support all aftersales departments at key / busy times
* To help the department / dealership achieve standards of process efficiency
Skills and Experience required including:
* Enthusiasm to deliver and continuously improve product knowledge through a dedicated manufacturer training program
* The desire to achieve the highest standard of customer care, measured through a manufacturer CSI program and customer retention.
* A flexible approach with the ability to adjust in a changing / busy environment
* Experience of upselling products and services
Previous experience in customer service is desirable and preferably within a dealership capacity – although full training will be provided
