Client Quotations Advisor, Residential Conveyancing
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Cardiff
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Quotations Advisor. The successful person will be responsible for providing a professional and timely service to our prospective clients within the residential conveyancing department.
Responsibilities
* Taking inbound calls from potential clients who are seeking conveyancing quotes.
* Assisting clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate conveyancing quotes and service information.
* Actioning and responding to client email enquiries.
* Making outbound calls to clients with outstanding quotes and following up on potential warm leads.
* Conducting data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Occasionally covering the office reception desk during lunch breaks or staff absences.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and phone/email etiquette when interacting with clients.
Experience and Skills
* Experience with sales conversion and objection handling.
* Excellent people and customer service skills.
* An understanding of the conveyancing process is preferred but not essential.
* Able to build a good rapport and relationship with clients over the telephone.
* Being proactive in contacting clients via emails and telephone.
* Self-motivator.
