Overview
As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your passion for coffee and customer service will contribute to an exceptional experience for our patrons. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the café, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and specialty drinks.
* Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
* Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food items prepared.
* Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented well.
Skills
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment.
* Strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
* Ability to help customers with their selections, providing excellent customer service.
* Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential.
