Position Details:
* Permanent position
* Flexible working hours
* Office based in Coleraine
Salary: £22,000 - £23,500 + uncapped bonus + progression opportunities & 5-star training and development. An exciting role with significant growth potential.
Responsibilities:
You will undergo a tailored training program to provide comprehensive personal lines service to customers, offering knowledgeable, tailored advice on our range of products. You will be responsible for selling and cross-selling these products within set sales targets, managing performance metrics, assisting customers with queries, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
Purpose:
* Engage in inbound and outbound calls to sell and cross-sell personal lines insurance products within company-set sales targets (individual and branch/company).
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a sales role
* Insurance experience is preferred but not essential
* Effective communication skills across all levels and media
* Enthusiastic team player willing to learn and grow
