This role will support the delivery of efficient and high-quality HR services across the organisation, ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are carried out accurately and in line with company policy. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems. Support the coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Assist with employee relations, absence management, and performance documentation. Respond to HR-related queries from staff and managers in a timely and professional manner. Support HR projects and initiatives as required. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in an HR or People Services environment. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Good working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and confidential approach to sensitive information. Working Hours This is a part-time role (22 hours per week), working Mon to Wed, with flexible scheduling available between 09:00 and 17:00
