Responsibilities & Day-to-Day
* Work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (total 40 hours). Shifts can be between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, allocated 3 weeks in advance by the resource planner.
* Drive up to 2 hours to reach your venue for the day (outside of the 10-hour shift); some travel may involve public transport depending on venue type.
* Work in multiple clinic venues across the region, ensuring high-quality service in line with Bluecrest standards.
* Plan your route, travel to your allocated venue, unpack and set up kit, greet customers, and conduct 15 to 22 customer appointments per day (appointments range from 10 to 45 minutes per customer depending on package).
* Perform health assessments based on chosen packages (including but not limited to PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests) and advise on further testing where appropriate. Update and maintain all relevant administration records.
* You will not relay results or further lifestyle advice to customers after assessments are complete.
What We'd Like To See From You
* A Full UK Licence with access to your own car, as you will transport your kit to venues and store items at home when not working.
* Ability to work any days between Monday to Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis (6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, 1pm–10pm).
* Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets to a satisfactory degree.
* Clear DBS check – we will process this on your behalf.
* Ability to travel up to 2 hours from your home location and occasional overnight stays.
* Be living within the correct distance of the regional location.
* Ability to attend our Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Mon–Fri, staying in Milton Keynes).
* Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
* Please note onboarding requires a satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by us).
* All roles require a satisfactory criminal record check as part of onboarding.
