What will I be doing?
Your role will be to maximise performance and deliver against budget for the business. You will take ownership of all associated processes, KPIs, and deliverables within the SME day-to-day function. Ensure that the highest standards are adhered to and in line with the company core values, demonstrating a true customer-centric focus by delivering the overall retention and growth targets across your respective team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* You will be focused on and responsible for delivering your team's targets for new business, retention, portfolio development, and appointments set for TMs.
* You will ensure that your team is appropriately resourced, meets KPIs and revenue targets, and will support your colleagues.
* You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to workflow processes and logging all activity within Salesforce.
* You will produce analytics for the Account Director and demonstrate adherence to all KPIs. You will also be responsible for securing new business to support the team in achieving targets.
* Manage and review the quality of outbound engagement through regular monitoring, ensuring CitySprint brand integrity.
* Verify that all outbound customer engagement standards are met, maintaining accurate records of activity and communication across all systems.
