Overview
A highly successful and dynamic CEO is seeking a discreet, organised and proactive Personal PA to support him and his family with a broad range of personal, property and lifestyle responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with prior experience managing multiple properties, dealing with service providers, and who thrives on variety.
The ideal candidate will be confident in taking ownership of projects, able to juggle competing priorities, and willing to roll up their sleeves. You will become the go-to person for ensuring that the CEO’s personal and family life runs as smoothly as his business world.
This role is part-time (approx. 25 hours per week) with flexibility, and would be best suited to someone based locally in Cobham, Surrey, as it will often require in-person presence for errands, site visits and household matters.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
* Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of buy-to-let properties.
* Liaise with tenants, letting agents, contractors and service providers.
* Arrange maintenance, repairs, compliance checks, insurance and renewals.
* Track budgets and expenses, keeping accurate records and reporting back regularly.
Fleet & Asset Management
* Take responsibility for the CEO’s extensive car collection.
* Arrange servicing, MOTs, insurance, storage and upkeep.
* Manage vehicle schedules and ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
Family & Lifestyle Support
* Organise family holidays, including researching destinations, booking travel, and arranging itineraries.
* Suggest and book activities for the children (clubs, events, experiences).
* Provide general lifestyle support such as sourcing restaurants, experiences, or gifts.
* Handle personal appointments, diary management and reminders.
General Personal PA Duties
* Run errands and manage day-to-day personal administration.
* Liaise with family and external providers where needed.
* Support with ad hoc projects that arise, using initiative to see them through.
* Ensure smooth organisation of both personal and family matters to relieve the CEO of day-to-day pressures.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Private PA, or Household/Property Management role.
* Demonstrated ability to manage properties and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Confident, proactive and unflappable under pressure.
* Discreet, trustworthy and reliable with a professional manner.
* Flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
* Based within easy reach of Cobham, Surrey.

* Salary: c.£35,000, dependent on experience.
