Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Retford, DN22
Salary: £ £13.90 Per Hour
Full time hours working 24 hour shift, long day plus sleep in.
Full UK Driving licence is required.

As a therapeutic support worker you will:

What do you need?
* The ability to relate well and share interests, give encouragement and get involved.
* Full UK Driving licence is essential.
* We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient with a keen interest in young people and their lives today.
* Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
* Experience within children's care is highly beneficial.
* You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
