Job Title: Packaging Internal Account Manager
Salary: Basic Salary £25k to £29k + commission

Responsibility
* Manage a set portfolio of accounts and build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships
* Translate client needs into business action and use influencing and negotiation skills to convert sales leads into orders and upsell where possible
* Maintain pricing levels to optimise sales and margin
* Understand which products best match customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role within the packaging industry
* Strong understanding of the packaging merchanting industry and e‑commerce (a plus)
* Excellent customer focus, high organisation and ability to deliver quality results
* Good numerical skills
