Sales Manager – EMEAI Region
📍 Wokingham, Berkshire (Hybrid/Regional Travel Required)
Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving growth across international markets? We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across the EMEAI region.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of regional sales performance, managing a network of direct sales teams, distributors, and service partners. You’ll play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening channel partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and develop a network of direct sales teams, distributors, and resellers across EMEAI
* Drive regional sales strategy and ensure delivery against monthly and annual targets
* Build and strengthen sales channels to maximise market share and growth
* Collaborate with product management and senior leadership to remove barriers and improve performance
* Develop accurate monthly forecasts and provide regular reporting on pipeline, trends, and opportunities
* Monitor and evaluate partner performance, conducting quarterly business reviews
* Travel regularly with partners to provide hands-on coaching, training, and support
* Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
* Support the development of sales tools and ensure effective lead generation and follow-up processes
* Participate in strategic sales discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Engage in direct sales activities where required
* Champion service excellence to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Materials Science) or equivalent technical experience
* Strong background in electrochemistry is highly desirable
* Proven experience (5+ years) leading sales teams with a track record of achieving targets
* Demonstrated success in direct sales roles and managing indirect sales channels (distributors/resellers)
* Ability to influence and lead across diverse, geographically dispersed teams
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
* Experience using CRM systems and analysing sales performance metrics
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluent English required)
* Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region
