Evidence Synthesis Manager (Global Market Access) – 12-Month Contract (UK, Umbrella)
I’m currently supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation with the appointment of an Evidence Synthesis Manager to join their Global HTA & Payers team on a 12-month contract basis.
This role sits at the centre of global market access strategy and is focused on translating payer strategy into high-quality, decision-ready evidence and value communication to support successful reimbursement and access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and maintenance of core payer deliverables, including Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), value narratives, and evidence packs
• Translate market access strategy into clear, structured materials aligned to payer and HTA requirements
• Work cross-functionally with HEOR, RWE, and Market Access teams to ensure evidence alignment and identify gaps
• Support global asset strategy through the development of payer-focused insights and materials
• Manage external partners where required, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
• Enable regional and local teams with globally aligned value materials and support local adaptation
Your Background:
• Experience within Market Access, HTA, HEOR, or payer evidence roles within pharma or consulting
• Strong experience supporting global or asset-level payer evidence projects
• Familiarity with Global Value Dossiers, HTA submissions, or payer-facing materials
• Ability to translate complex clinical and economic data into clear, compelling value narratives
• Experience working cross-functionally in a global environment
