How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. You’ll build strong relationships, understand their unique challenges, and provide expert advice on insurance and risk management solutions. Your day-to-day will include: Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance programmes are effectively maintained and renewed. Identifying opportunities to enhance client coverage and reduce their total cost of risk. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service. Staying informed about market trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice. Resolving client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. About You Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: A client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Experience in insurance, risk management, or a related field. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
