About this opportunity
* Provide a professional and high-level customer experience
* Provide the team with administrative support to assist with the delivery of the programme and contracts, to improve the energy efficiency of residents’ homes
* Deal with customers’ enquiries offering advice and process applications
* Deliver a high‑quality service from initial referral through to completion of works, triaging enquiries
* Work closely with partners, contractors, and other professionals whilst building strong relationships
* Keep up to date with legislation, and policy changes

Who we are looking for…
* Flexible and dynamic to support the Housing Retrofit team based in Penrith
* Has the ability to organise their work in a logical manner and prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines
* An excellent communicator who can confidently challenge, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of people
* Empathetic and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals and families
* Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality services
* Skilled in IT and comfortable managing data for statutory reports and funding requirements
* An understanding about housing services, policies, and legislation
* Confident working in multi‑agency environments
* Able to build strong external partnerships and maintain effective working relationships
* Ideally you will have customer experience and a strong administrative background
