Senior Support Worker, Oxford, £25,000 – £30,000 Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our customer team in Oxford, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting the team, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support. This is a full-time position, working a shift rotation that includes early and late shifts, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include providing emotional and practical support to service users, leading and supporting a team of support workers, and contributing to the development and implementation of care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting any concerns or issues, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
