This is a standout opportunity to lead on significant non-contentious construction matters and contribute to some of the UK's most ambitious construction projects - all within a Legal 500 Tier 1-ranked team.

About the Firm

Recognised consistently by The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, this award-winning firm is known for its excellence in both client delivery and internal culture. Despite its impressive global footprint, the firm retains a close-knit, collegiate environment, placing genuine emphasis on employee development and wellbeing.

It has earned a reputation as an employer of choice, offering its lawyers both challenging work and the space to thrive.

The Role

Joining the firm's top-tier Construction team, you'll focus on a range of non-contentious matters - from advising on major regeneration schemes and energy infrastructure to high-value public sector developments. You'll be supporting domestic and global clients through all stages of the construction lifecycle, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing strategic legal counsel.

Your client base will include FTSE 100 companies, major developers, investment funds, consultants, and central government bodies. You'll play a key role in shaping projects that leave a lasting legacy across sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, energy, renewables, and transport.

With increasing demand and significant team growth, this is an excellent time to step into a leadership role where your voice and expertise will be valued.

What They're Looking For

You will:

* Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years' post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law.
* Have a strong background in advising on standard form and bespoke construction contracts.
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and a client-first mindset.
* Be keen to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
* Bring energy and confidence to business development and client relationship management.

What You'll Get

* A key role in a Tier 1-ranked team with real influence on career direction.
* A chance to work on nationally significant projects with high-profile clients.
* Supportive leadership, mentoring, and a clear path for progression.
* A competitive salary and generous benefits package.
* Flexible and hybrid working built into the firm's culture.
* A modern, forward-thinking firm that invests in its people and their futures.
